It seems that you have missed some more vital facts. 1. The transfer of money started before even the Imran cabinet decision or approval. 2. The decision to transfer the money was taken by NCA and Malik Riyaz family. 3. The NCA actually found a dubioua transaction where a 9 million pound property was sold at 50 million pound by son of then pakistani prime minister Nawaz Sharif. And NCA percieved it as bribe by Malik Riyaz to sharif family. 4. No court either in Pakistan or England has verdicted it as pakistan state money. Pakistanis should be grateful to SCP; Attorney General of IK Govt and ARU who prosecuted Behria Town successfully obtaining SCP judgement that Malir land worth PKR 460 Billion was stolen from Sindh Govt of Zardari. This judgement and Legal assistance provided to UKNCA made it possible that stolen money was unfreezed under Settlement agreement between Malik Riaz and NCA. But the agreement conditioned the parties and IK’s ARU with a Deed of Confidentiality. IK and his ARU can be accused of short circuiting the recovery process in favour of State exchequer instead of proving ML by Malik Riaz which NCA could not till the settlement framework agreement. GOP might still be struggling with the investigation to satisfy NCA while NCA UK would have still held the Assets. State bank of Pakistan would not have enjoyed the Forex Reserves of GBP 190 million to support BoP nor GOP would have got the equivalent PKR + Interest into public exchequer to support its fiscal deficits.

First of all a civilized person especially a journalist shouldn't call a married woman with his ex name. It's rude and derogatory term like saying that your wife slept with another man. Secondly Malik Riaz is gloves in hands with all the political party leadership's and have benefited everyone including generals judges and journalists alike. A huge Palace in Lahore was gifted by Malik Riaz to Zardari now called Bilawal house Lahore. Paid more than double the actual value to purchase a property of Nawaz Sharif's son in UK. Imran Khan received donation in a trust for university which he can't cash for himself. That's a very clear distinction. So monetary corruption can't be proven against Imran Khan. Lands belongs to the trust used for building a public service university and the amount received from UK is deposited into the Pakistani Govt accounts and Govt is earning interest over that money as well. Thirdly Pakistani Govt had no case registered against Malik Riaz for corruption and money laundering. Pakistani law enforcement couldn't prove that the money was stolen from them and laundered to UK to have a valid claim for repatriation. So that money would have been left frozen with the UK authorities. In order to get back the money into Pakistan all this process had to take place. And Al Qadir trust received the land for university near a highway in no man's land. And it was never an urban area there. The area is developed and would spread development and prosperity to nearby people due to that project

Here's the video title on KZbin: "MJtv BREAKING:UK court verdict proves as wrong conviction of Imran Khan in £ 190 M case by Pak court" He is 1000x times more credible journalist than your illogical rants. UK's court and NCA had 2 findings in the whole case: 1. This money is allegedly ill-gotten by the Malik Riaz family but couldn't be proven because UK authorities have no jurisdiction over Pakistan where criminal activities may have been committed. 2. Hasan Nawaz/The Shareef family allegedly receive bribe from Malik Riaz upon the purchase of Hasan Nawaz's UK property at absurd price (50 million pounds which was more than double it's actual market value) which automatically triggered the NCA's inquiry. But again as far as UK is concerned this deal is legitimate agreement regardless of absurd amount for the property paid to Hassan Nawaz because again UK authorities have no jurisdiction over the criminal actions done in Pakistan. So couldn't establish the motive and detailed proceeds of the crime committed. That's why Malik Riaz and Hasan Nawaz got the benefit of doubt/lack of evidence. 3. UK court verdict and the NCA secret agreement says that this money can only be returned to Pakistani Govt and to the court of Pakistani Govt specifically. So Pakistani Govt can't use this money themselves but to pay it to supreme court only. NCA maintained secrecy of agreement because they couldn't prove criminal offense against Malik Riaz family so a civil agreement of an individual can't be made public by the authorities there without his permission as it would be the breach of privacy as per UK laws. Pakistani Govt has all the rights in their country to make Malik Riaz secret agreements public. You wanna frame IK in a case then make that agreement public. Shahbaz Shareef has the constitutional right to do so. They didn't even present that NCA agreement and UK court verdict in the Al Qadir trust case. Lol It was the duty of NAB here to investigate and charge Malik Riaz for his ill-gotten money, money laundering and bribing a ruling family the Shareef's through absurd purchase agreements. And to charge Shareef family for receiving kickbacks/bribes from a Pakistani businesses man Malik Riaz. Even today Shahbaz Shareef in a cabinet meeting can make this NCA agreement with Malik Riaz public to expose the corruption of Imran Khan as it's his constitutional duty to inform the Pakistani people about the matter of public importance. The same way Imran Khan made a diplomatic cable restrictively public to the Pakistani parliament and judiciary which is widely known as "cipher" in Pakistan.
