Very well articulate about corona mass ejection, cold spot of sun , flare ejected from sun in the form of charged particles, Alpha particles, expansion of atmosphere due to heat & it's effect on satellites and alpha particles form highly energetic helium. This would explain why my Solar Water Heating system is producing more heat than my PV system relatively recently. Usually there is a corelation between the amount of KW/h of electricity produced and how hot does my solar water reaches at the end of the day. The amount of electricity produced daily would give me an idea on how much heat has been added to my hot water system. The one common thing to my two systems is the amount of energy received from the sun. For those who didn't get what I said, is that a PV system converts a smaller spectrum of the sun energy received to electricity compared with a solar hot water system which converts a broader spectrum of the sun energy into heat.

Thanks for asking! Van Allen belts depicted approximately above at 1:26 are precisely the magnetic lines that cause charged particles from the sun to move to the two poles. They are the reason the northern and southern lights are confined to the poles unless a powerful geomagnetic storm like this one occurs.
