The Prof G Show with Scott Galloway and Eddy, has become my favourite KZbin channels, I’m amazed by the quality of financial information and I’m always looking forward to new episodes. I’m from Germany, but currently residing in the United Kingdom. Keep up the great work, guys!

How these episodes don’t get more views is exactly why people are financially illiterate. You get a university professor giving his take on financial matters and Ed elaborating very eloquently his points. Perfect master and student situation!

I am addicted to this show. When entertainment and financial expertise have a baby, the world is a better place. Thank you for both. Just one question: SHEIN and OZEMPIC? I wasn’t aware the world needed more 9€ dresses to be produced, just to be thrown out upon realization that a 9€ dress looks exactly like how it sounds. Ozempic covers up deeper cultural and commercial issues and is a quick fix with unknown long term effects.

At Cap Gemini in 80s we would take over a pub in the middle of London two or three evenings a year. Only 2 rules, no use of company cars and you had to be in work the following day. As most of the consultants were spread out it was a great way to build a community, have fun, get blasted and create some stories for telling later. Not sure where it would sit nowadays in corporate culture, but we certainly had a lot of laughs. And hangovers

Good show, nice balance between information and entertainment that means I keep coming back. Would be interesting to hear what the feeling is about the recent surge in gold and silver prices, nothing compared to crypto, but are they connected, or just coincidence?

Ed blew my mind with his analysist of Google misdiagnosing Gemini's problem of race mixup. He's right about their fear of offending people being exactly what caused them to deliver a lesser quality product and ultimately resulted in - more people being offended

Just 2 in 10 adult U.S. employees say they definitely have a “best friend” at work, according to a quarterly Gallup survey done in June 2022. The percentage under age 35 dropped by 3 points when compared to pre-pandemic 2019, to 21% from 24%, said Gallup workplace and well-being researcher Jim Harter. There was no such change for workers 35 and up, he said.

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Kathleen Nolan

Apple pulling out of EVs is much like a lot of other tech companies abandoning plans for non-core products. E.g. Google ditching AR/VR glasses. Walmart ditching it's shopping/tech incubators.

I live in China, and Scott is a lil bit off on Shein. When he makes the point about "how much of shein's revenue is in China? Zero". I often have to import shit back into here that is originally produced here because - China has strict laws about E-commerce international and domestic selling. You basically have to pick which kind of E-commerce seller you are...domestic or international. So you end up importing products from US or EU that were originally produced here. The issue is not that Shein sells to China (its an international seller) - its that it produces all of its shit in China. The controversy is not over its revenue from/in China, its over it's production/manufacturing here. Its important for people to realize the two have nothing to do with each other.

Apple Car never made any sense. Autonomous system, yes, lots of sense. The outcome of the EV market was obvious as well as the China factor which has been in play for years. No mention of how EV market in the US has been heavily subsidized by taxpayers.

Scott.. What is better for the US Economy. GM reducing it's profit's by approx $1B a year (It's still making profits after investment etc....) to pay for higher wages and benefits to union workers or GM having a larger share buy back? You wont answer that question because you can't mentally accept that Profits are not good for the economy when interest rates have been LOW for 30+yrs.

Another clueless take. Pretty obvious Apple realized AVs aren’t feasible for years if not decades. AVs enable people to use Apple’s core products while using a car. When people are driving, they can’t use other Apple products. So automakers are in competition with Apple for people’s time and money. Apple would be well advised to support train and bus service so people have more time to use their products and more money to buy them.
