Drama, Death and Disaster

Hey y'all,
It's been a dramatic two weeks at the McKay house, specifically at the farm (you'll see what we mean once you watch). BUT! On the plus side, we cleaned out all of Holiday House and it is very much underway!
PJ also takes the baby chicks out to the farm and gets into a few..umm..arguments with Dixie.

Wow yall have really been busy!! Things are getting done fast! I'm so sorry abt your sheep and the dog...what happened to him? Anna is taking every thing in! What a journey in this vlog. Happiness, tears and anger. (and of course lots of love) The bickering between PJ and Dixie was kind of unsettling but then I do not do well with conflict. He does get a little testy at times but then we all do. Hope mama sheep is doing okay. Glad to hear you are getting additional help on holiday house, you both really have your hands full. Even with all the challenges at the farm the deaths are an invaluable lesson for the kids about the realities of life and that they are in a stable family. Uh Oh PJ! Fun Fact - when Anna called the chicks “chickens” she was correct in the sense that chicken is really the plural of chick, like oxen is the plural of ox and children is the plural of child so originally in English you added “en” at the end rather than “s” to make words plural.

In those days, there were not options for same-sex couples to have children. And, it was very difficult to be “out” back then. Sorry to hear of the loss of your sweet animals. Losing animals on the farm is the worst aspect of the entire operation. You guys can't be everywhere at once unfortunately. You may not have been able to save the lamb even if you were there, but you certainly can't when you're not.
