My boyfriend and I weren’t exclusive when we began dating. I was fine with that. I knew who else he was dating, but they didn’t know. As we approached 1 year, I told him he had to decide what he wanted. I was done being part of a group, and if he couldn’t, or wouldn’t settle down, it was time for me to move on. He decided he wasn’t ready, asked if we could remain friends (yeah right), and I said I was ready to say goodbye. I think he was in shock. 2 weeks went by, he called. Asked if he could take me to dinner, that he wanted to talk. I said sure. Then I REELED him in! LOL. No, we had a good talk, and we’ve been together 30 years. We married in Asheville in 2014. I don’t know what my life would have become if we hadn’t stayed together. I’ve never loved, or been loved by anyone like him before. I know I’m lucky. I’ve been ill the last few years, he’s been by my side, holding my hand the whole time. I wish it could be forever.

I Googled the difference between a lake and a pond: Ponds and lakes are both inland bodies of freshwater that contain living creatures. Lakes are normally much deeper than ponds and have a larger surface area. ... All the water in a pond is in the photic zone, meaning ponds are shallow enough to allow sunlight to reach the bottom.

Since your going to put a pond/lake on property its time to start hanging bat nesting boxes which will help control mosquitoes once all the water is there. Other animals which will help control mosquitoes will be mosquitoe fish, turtles, koi, salamanders. Than add water lillie s, and other water plants and fountains to circulates the water which will control the mosquitoes. Make sure you warn the kids about animals that may come to the pond. Skunks, badgers and raccoons

The kids are going to have so many great memories when they grow up. I hope that when they become teenagers that they realize how lucky they are. I say that because you know how teenagers can be - best of luck that they are the calmer type, haha. But as they grow further into adults, they will feel so close to their dads. Wow, getting so ahead of myself. But take lots of pics as they grow so they always have them. My family didn’t take pics that way and I hate that to this day. But I do have yearbook pics.

I mistook him going quiet very very differently from what it was. I'm slower than he and it took me a year or so to figure it out, but I did. Your vlogs have gone to another level in the time I started watching, the perfect choices of background music, etc. Relationships, truth be known, are rewarding AND difficult. Carl & I have been together, exclusively, for almost 20 years. There are days that it’s good murder isn’t legal (kidding), Our personalities are on the opposite of the spectrum. If the passion wasn’t there it would be a struggle...just say’n. But respect keeps us going, & there’s a lot of “I’m sorry”. The age difference is 13 years, I was used to running my own business making all the decisions, so had to give up some control, it was hard.

Lol to the fighting bit. I can relate. I used to need to finish it now and my partner was more like take some time and space. It doesn’t work for every scenario though. Some things have to be sped up. LOL. The compromise is that the person that needs the space can’t take forever while the other one is waiting, and the one that needs to deal with it right away, needs to learn how to wait, but not forever though, you have to meet in the middle. I’m sure you know all this. I’m in 10 year relationship now. After awhile things just sort themselves out and you don’t give as much of a _____ lol.
