MEET OUR NEW TEAM MEMBER | PJ & Thomas

Hi all! We wanted to take a second to address your comments, but before doing so, it’s important that everyone is respectful in this space. For years we’ve talked about the need to hire someone to help with shooting, editing, managing our day to day, scheduling, and content strategy, especially as we have taken on more and more social platforms (and have actually interviewed multiple people for this position over the years) and for those who have been following us for a while, you know that Dixie moved away from the farm last year, so we’ve also been looking for someone who could watch over the farm to fill her position as well. The person we hired graduated from university with a degree in fine arts and concentrated in film and photography, which makes him a perfect fit for our team, especially with his interest in helping with the farm. We are very excited about 2025, and especially when it comes to our vlogs, because now we have someone who can film both of us at the same time, which we hope will create a fun new viewer experience. We appreciate you being here with us, and let’s all be kind.

I'm glad that you both finally found someone (Ethan) to be apart of the team. I wish him and everyone else the very best for 2025 and beyond with the Farm, Schedules, daily life and enjoying each day as much as possible as it comes. I must admit though guy's, he's quite good looking 😌😮😶. Sending lot's of Love ❤, good vibes and energy for you 3 and everyone else including the kiddos of course. I hope the animals love him; especially one specific one (I forgot their Name) 😂🤦🏾. Nevertheless, I can just picture Ethan smiling like crazy and laughing while wrapped up in the sheet and being pulled inside and disguised as just another item for the house. You definitely got me (us) on that one you two 😂😂. [NB]: I urge anyone that may or might be thinking negative or otherwise, to PLEASE DIFFER from getting into their PERSONAL on this update. Let's not stick our noses into such at which can send not so good signals whereby someone has to make a 'VIDEO' just to address something that didn't need to be blown outta proportion.

@ Oh thanks. Well that probably came across as more pitiful than I meant it to, I am living. I just grew up in Tennessee and knew I had to get out. I never even considered having a farm and a family and interacting with a suburban and rural community as an option. And tbh, I still don't see it as an option in a lot of the country. It's nice to see queer people populating places outside of big cities and showing up and saying they have just as much right to be there as anyone. I still wouldn't feel safe living in the town I grew up in, There is a lesbian couple with children there that the town absolutely shuns and makes their life miserable. They have an even worse opinion of gay men. I'll inherit land there someday and it would be awesome to have a farm but I'll probably have to just sell it because the area is so homophobic and I'm not spending my final days fighting rednecks.
