Dont do two things at once.it will be difficult.rather first listen the surah finish it then for 25 minutes read. And again listen surah and try to power sleep. Then again for 25 minutes read...Allah forbids us from doing anythibg while listening to Quran... So what do we learn first lets get the peace then work and then again peace. Assalamualaolum
