Wow what an effective powerful practice. I saw myself all the way back to cave man days and completed a very low virational dense experience/ Contract of abuse and authority with my spouse. I feel so so much more freedom now and that contract was long due to be completed. I really realized how imprortant it is to complete karmic cycles by bringing to attention soul contracts. Ouch. That was unexpected. Was taken to a small sailboat on a vast ocean, but there was nothing or no one there. No heaven, no earth, no sea, just thick, dense fog. No boarders no boundaries, just immense loneliness and emptiness. Now I feel sad, and I've got a headache. 😢

Thank you so much for sharing this experience. Being in a space of such vastness and feeling that emptiness can stir up a lot within us, especially when it feels unexpected. It's like your soul brought you to a place where the usual boundaries fade away, which can be both powerful and unsettling. Remember that this sensation of emptiness and isolation is sometimes a way for our minds to process deep layers of the subconscious-those parts of us that need space to be seen, acknowledged, and released. It’s okay to feel sadness in this process, as it often surfaces just before clarity and new energy flow in. I invite you to honor whatever emotions come up without needing to change them. Perhaps try some gentle grounding afterward: visualize yourself connecting back to the Earth, maybe with a hand on your heart or a calming drink of water. And, if it feels right, take a few deep breaths, and trust that this experience has offered you something valuable, even if it’s not fully visible just yet. Sending you so much compassion and peace as you integrate this. You are held, even in these moments that feel foggy and vast. 🌿✨
