Lili Simmons did a great job in this season of The Purge. plus the way she went full psycho made her character more perfect.

It was one of the few highlights of the show. She, being rich and pampered, was always in control, and you could see how much she hated feeling weak and vulnerable when he pushed her backwards. So I can 100% see her snapping like she did.

Imagine if you just didn't hold the door open for someone and they think that one little thing you didn't do means they can slit your throat bc it hurt their feelings. Alot of ppl are petty and don't take accountability for their actions so giving ppl like that the chance to kill anyone would cause a lot of problems and lots of ppl would die for no good reason.
