I was most bothered by how the 4WD light was lit up in Brian's Skyline, despite the fact that the HICAS system in it was clearly disabled. What *should* have been lit up was the ATTESA E-TS light, indicating the AWD torque-split system was active, since he was accelerating hard and taking turns really tight. Also the fact that the Skyline's front tires didn't smoke when he launch, since the back ones did only. From a launch like that, the AWD system would have instantly split 50% torque to the front wheels. The practical jump was about 6 feet high.

@@iwasneverkilled3516 You need to find out where the center of gravity of the car is. One example is using a 2 point lift to only lift the car in the middle when the engine and transmission is in the rear(Porsche) and the car tipping over and falling off the lift. You have to first figure out the front-rear weight distribution. Most cars have more weight in the front. An example in a front engine and RWD sedan having 60:40 split weight(front to rear). A FWD car have 70:30 and a Mazda Miata that is front engine RWD having 50:50 weight distribution. Depending or your car, you will want the weight to be as close to 50:50 maybe even more weight in the rear to get the rear to come down a bit earlier than the front. You can mess around with adding weights to the car. You will also need to check weight from side to side so that the car doesn't rotate in the air.

There's multiple trucks. Remember the "scramble" scene? The trucks that ram the cop cars are the ones that closed the roads. Also, the time limit isn't *really* arbitrary. Jimmy is going to break into the bridge to raise it. Brian has to be there in time to start the race so that the bridge goes up at the right time. The pot was $3000, or 30 large bills. Brian asked to "kick it a nickel", or raise the buy in by $500, making it $3,500. The whole pot was $14k. Since Brian also paid in $3500, so he actually won $10,500. Lithium, Rubidium: Hot Pink Lithium yields a flame test somewhere between red and purple. It's possible to get a vivid hot pink color, although more muted colors are also possible. It's less red than strontium (below). It's possible to confuse the result with potassium. Usually, for jumps in movies, they load a stunt car car on to a giant air cannon, with the engine and transmission removed. Both to prevent extra damage and to keep it from nose diving.

HHAHA I love this content. But just FYI, almost all the other cars and background people in that first street race, were real Miami cars and people. It wasn’t actually designed by the f&f team since John Singleton at the time did this to keep the film authentic to the car scene of Miami of the time. It was cool in all honesty 😂😂
@n155m02 жыл бұрын
including the scramble scene was real people and there cars with stunt drivers mixed, the stunt drivers were the big trucks crashing the police cars and everybody else was real drivers and there cars 🙂

The stuff your looking for is exhaust paste. You can get some on ebay or Amazon. As long as you can get your car to shoot flames the paste you put inside your exhaust tip. It will burn then start to change your flame color.

3,000 entry fee, bumped to 3,500, and just their 3 not counting Brian's part is 10,500, so that is probably what he meant, over 10 stacks actually won and profited.

OK but why is raising the stake a 'mere' 500 such a problem for Orange Sex Offender man? If you've got 3k to potentially lose in a race you've surely got 3.5k to also potentially lose while smashing up your pride and joy while using at least 100 dollars worth of fuel. Orange Jerkoff reacted like he was about to have to sell his remaining kidney for a 'mere' additional 500 dollar increase.

@Bav-s30z2 жыл бұрын
judging by the drift, I assumed he initiated it with a clutch kick, which is essentially building the revs and dropping the clutch to unsettle the rear wheels which is why u hear the revs spin and the wheels were able to as well. im also pretty sure slap jack downshifted from 3rd to 2nd and they just shown half the shift.

lol one thing you forgot to mention about the S2K, a jump like that would total the car completely, factory spot welds would break, the front inner apron, firewall and frame rails would be toast (or front subframe not sure on the S2K), the car would essentially become a parts car or would have to be put on a frame table to be all realigned after damaged metal is replaced

Craig Lieberman has said many times throughout his videos about they do this with the Hero 1 cars, then do this with he Hero 2, and these shots are done with the body on the truck, etc. And for the sounds, yeah, he pointed out how a number of the cars didn't have their real sound in the movie and it's a different model that was dubbed over it. Don't know about the flames or the jump, etc... Is this a re-upload? Because Craig did videos on all this stuff even 2 years before this video was posted, so, plenty of time to have learned all this from the guy that helped make it happen and has a channel primarily based on The Fast franchise and his experience working on the first three movies.

This video was less about being informative and more about poking fun. I was making fast and furious videos before he started doing his, he and I actually collaborated a few times back in 2018-2020. I gave up on doing the informative stuff once he started making his content
