Yes, the game is obviously inspired by mythology but the Marvel character is almost a copy from mythology. And in the Marvel Universe, the Norse Gods are way younger than other beings :))

@Shin Burning Godzilla I know, that's why it grind my gears. I grew up on Norse Mythology, my sister would read the Sagas for me before I went to sleep, in Denmark we had this really cool cartoon called "Valhalla" based on a Danish Comicbook that I loved and that's way before I even knew about any other Marvel Characters than Spider-Man - so I am perfectly aware that Marvel adapted the characters from Norse Mythology and took some creative liberties to integrate them into the Comicbook universe.

"Raven Clan" for instance is probably a reference to the two ravens of Odin: Hugin and Munin. They travelled the world and let Odin see what was going on.

And thor(Þórr) is the protecter of midgard who wields the hammer. And never looses that hammer.
