It stopped working and it flashes light and doesn’t turn on. Customer support has no help or suggestions other than buying a new one

Hi, thanks for your review! The advertised battery life of the theragun prime is only 2 hours, while cheap knockoffs advertise 5-8 hours.

I’ve got the opportunity to buy this on clearance for $90, should I jump on that or stick with the knockoff I already have?
@TheLastHonestInfluencer

I know it's probably tempting, but honestly I think you're better off with the Kock off. There's a good reason why they are liquidating it for $90 (just my 2 cents). Good luck and have a good one!

What’s the knock of one you have in this video? I’m looking for my first massage gun and wanting to get one I can afford and not pay $400…thanks in advance

I’m with ya! The knock off one in this video is a sharper image ‘power percussion deep tissue’ but it kinda sucks even for $100. Since I made this video I discovered the best one ever: Infinity Pro Endurance Massage Gun Review kzbin.info/www/bejne/iXO4hn-tac19apo Now, I paid $150 for that one, but many people commented and said they found it for $90-$100. That is the best massage gun I’ve ever used and people seem to agree. Hope you can find one!!

Disagree as someone who worked as a glazier "Construction", the theragun prime helped me tons with my neck strains and sore muscles. I recommend theragun prime if its in your budget.

“If it’s in your budget” is crucial. You can get a same or better gun for less than half the price. For sure.

How do you return something you own? You got one do to a review. That isn't really owning it.
@TheLastHonestInfluencer
@TheLastHonestInfluencer Жыл бұрын
You don't need to own a theragun very long to understand it sucks to use. Once you realize how bad it is, the decision to return it is an easy one to make. This answers your convoluted question?

I agree. They advertise it as 16 mm amplitude, which is true, but it’s far too strong for relaxing muscles. It really fires up the nervous system which is counterproductive to what the gun is supposed to be doing (which is providing muscle relaxation). I got rid of this gun and switched to Hypervolt. It’s way better and it works wonders on me.

Thank you for your comment and for providing that detailed information. Wish I'd have included that in the video, so I have to pin this. And thank you for the recommendation will check out the Hypervolt. Hopefully the long search for a great massage gun will finally be over.

@@TheLastHonestInfluencer don’t buy the Hypervolt 2, it’s a waste of money. It’s no better and no more powerful than the cheaper portable Hypervolt go 2. They say the Hypervolt 2 has a 60W motor compared with 40W for the go 2, but because the speeds of the go 2 are faster, you feel no difference in power between the two models. So save yourself some money by just buying the go 2. It comes with only 2 attachments but you can buy more attachments separately and it’s still cheaper than buy the upgraded version. The original Hypervolt is great (the silver one) as you can swap batteries, which you can’t do with the second generation model. To talk about the Theragun prime again (and elite and pro), I couldn’t understand why my muscles were not really getting relaxed after using it. I ended up realising that it’s because it’s firing up my nervous system as it’s too strong both in terms of force and amplitude. A lot of reviews focus on amplitude and force, but if too high, they can really be counterproductive. And I’m saying this as a 6 days a week gym goer with an athletic body and strong muscles! I’ll never buy any Theragun again! Awful.

@@TheLastHonestInfluencer the Theragun mini is OK in terms of force and amplitude but the ergonomics are atrocious. You can’t reach your middle back with it and getting to the back of the shoulders is really hard too. No good.

Avoid Theragun. Motor burned out after 2 years - not capable of repair, straight to landfill. For the price, forget it. Rubbish for the environment.
