12:08 The dosa was sticking on the tawa because we first have to rinse it with oil, like use a small piece of cloth, dip it in oil and then rinse the whole tawa, then we have to sprinkle water, that way dosa won't stick.

You can also cut an onion into half (put it on a fork then dip it in some oil) and just scrub it all-over the tava. This will not let the dosa stick. Very effective.
