Some fun facts: Switzerland is neutral since 1815 - decided by the european power forces, to have a 'pillow-shield' right between themselves... having to defend itself, the contract assured Switzerland support from every neighbor against the aggressor. Actually although neutral, Switzerland was involved in quite some 'side-stories' during the French-German (1870/17) war and both world wars... in 1870 about 90'000 french soldiers had to retreat from german forces, surrendering to the swiss army (what also made the swiss realize they needed a serious upgrade of military if ever the same happened again with someone willing to invade). In ww2 it was the place first mobilizing a big number of soldiers waiting for german invasion - later doing economic dealings with axis (and allies)... having few dogfights in the skies with Luftwaffe, later the place damaged us bombers would want to go to - and a constant workplace for spies of every involved nation.

Unofficial rumors say - although dismissed as not true officially - because Liechtenstein has no army at all, swiss would take over that spot anyway... if needed for protection.

I've been playing this game unmodded and I hate it sometimes. You can't auto resolve any batte because once I sent in 1500 men as my army, and they ran into 130 other guys.... And somehow took 1000 casualties and lost the battle.
