To get rid of the Frankfurt Armistice, you need to have 60% + stability and war support and change your economy from a post-war economy to at least a civilian economy. It will unlock the decision to revoke the treaty and then do all the focuses/justifications you want.

I did a playthrough as the Netherlands yesterday on that mod and I joined the central powers at the beginning of WW1; but the Entente was not prepared for the lines to be stretched out really fast and I broke through to Paris in October which ended the war, I had 43% contribution, but because of how the ai was set up I didn’t get any say in the peace treaty and got no land (I did already get Luxembourg prior to the war by trying to unite the Benelux, but that’s all the land I gained)

It still had the kaiser as a monarch, so it's a democratic-monarchist (parlamentary monarchy) playthrough, so I don't think it counts.

You can remove the Frankfurt Armistice through a decision immediately after winning the war.

With Germany no matter what path you do in this mod you can go on free trade without consequences the leader of the Democratic faction is also a political advisor so if you keep the Kaiser hire him and go to free trade there is no downsides or go democratic and go to free trade with him as your leader you don’t suffer from having no resources.
