7:54 Some of that got cut, and it's quite funny in the video. I want to clarify to newer players who maybe watching that that's one step. Infrastructure does provide some supply but you should also upgrade the railroad from Paris to Lyon and motorize the army on that front. In areas like this you're far from any supply hubs so motorizing increases the range of it and upgrading gives the hub more supply to distribute. Hovering over a tile (in supply mode f4) will show you how much supply that tile gives and has left. If you ever see them red jerry cans you need to fix that or you'll lose equipment to attrition.
