Yea, I was a little surprised to see them bring Graham on, but I also understand why they didn't really dig into how Graham invests. Graham may be risk adverse, but he's not Dave Ramsey Risk Adverse, Graham is willing to go into debt for investment properties and violates many of the core principals that Dave sets out. Not saying that as a negative towards Graham, he just doesn't have the same principals when it comes to investing.

George has cemented himself as one of the best cohost personalities on this show. Rachel always has a good dynamic and we all miss Chris hogans amazing voice, but George’s level headed nature and youth is a great compliment to the older, dogmatic, sometimes crazy, Dave. Lol love this show!

This makes my soul warm to see Dave inviting Graham on to his show. I pray that Dave can share his eternal hope with Graham and that Graham can understand that his gifts are for even a bigger purpose than just building his own wealth. I've recommended several Gen y and Gen x'ers to tune into Graham's show and think some of his shows should be included in all high school educational curriculums. Charles: Just real estate. Finance had nothing to do with their wealth. They may use finance to sustain and grow their wealth, but real estate was how they accumulated it. Absolutely nothing to do with the baby steps.

I’m confident a good portion if not most of Dave’s comes from his Ramsey Solutions business as well and finance has everything to do with… everything money related.

Love Graham. Started my financial journey at 18 and he was the first source of knowledge I found. As someone who didn't come from a home with financial literacy he's thought me a lot. My next move is to increase my avenues of passive income. Realize more and more there's only so many jobs i can logically and physically work at one time. Need to look for stuff that doesn't require my labour.

I'm right there with you but in the tech field. Don't listen to the haters. Have a goal in mind and hustle and get after it, I'm working on dropping the amount of hours I work as soon as I get enough rental properties to make up for the loss. The You 10 years from now will thank the YOU of today for putting in the work.

It's great to save money.. but at a certain point you need to be very generous and also spend some to enjoy life. Sounds like you are approaching your money from a scarcity perspective. That's ok if it's actually scarce, but if you have enough to enjoy something or give something and you don't feel it at all, you need to do so.
