Craig Whyte bought the company when he purchased it, he purchased the company and assets using wavetower. Fergus McCann set up a new company and move Celtics assets to it leave the former company with nothing in it, he then moved it to the new company set up and made it a subsidiary. I never said Celtics old company were liquidated but there is nothing going out or coming out that company.

I already answered that question, its impossible for a football club to go into administration or liquidation since its not a corporate entity and that's where a holding company comes in, this is what separates a professional football club in the premier league to other clubs that are amateur or junior. Like every other business its the company that pays the wages and handles the contracts, sponsors. Rangers were voted out of the SPL if you remember correctly

SFL did not want Rangers to automatically go into the SFL1 like the SPL had planned nor did the Rangers support. The SPL share didnt get transferred and again a football club does not have shares but the company does. Charles did not have to wave the receipt because BDO and HMRC already explained that the club with continue. Dermott Desmond your major share holder even acknowledges Rangers as "A fantastic club with great history" or BDO saying its the end of the company that ran the club.
