The code word for Equally ranked preferential payments in sec.327 could be "D E F G H I I" easier to remember and they are all equally ranked so no need to place them in order. Thank you for the extremely useful video!

I m so thankful to u... This lecture and ibc lecture helped me in clearing CS finals... Section 326 was asked as case study and i cud write that only bcz of this videoas i hd left ibc n winding upin option.. But saw these videos of urs so tht i cud write smthng..
