Its humbling seeing him like this, but also quite uplifting to hear his positivity. 20 years ago, he was a literal mammoth of a human being. 300 lbs of pure fucking muscle. The person you'd always see as the most intimidating person in a room. Now, he just looks deflated. He can hardly walk without crutches and he has lost all his muscle. Yet he still hasn't lost his positive outlook. It's inspiring to see.

For people who say "He did that now look at him how he's suffering " I'd say that is what it actually takes to accomplish something that no other person has, you MUST make sacrifices that no other person has made, and one thing for sure is that it takes an insanely horrifying amount of mental strength go through that. The body was just a by product of what he was on the inside, a true legend.

Accomplish something that no other person 😂 last time i checked Ronnie Coleman 8 Lee Haney 8 . Many people in the bodybuilding industry, even his close friends, warned Ronnie that he didn't need to train the way he did. Sorry but he really wasn't smart and is now paying for it with his health. Maybe you should ask his family if they think the way you do i bet they don't. Bodybuilding is a very selfish game. I feel sorry for his grandchildren they have a grandfather that can't even play with them . Lee Haney 8 and still in good health Ronnie Coleman 8 and not in good health. Is it really worth it when most people don't even know the name of Ronnie Coleman just remember it's only bodybuilders and your gym rats that consider bodybuilding a sport .

One is operating on a very narrow bandwidth to want to place such tremendous effort in the goal of being so massive and defined, knowing it's destined to dissolve and disintegrate in subsequent years. Even worse, at the high cost of damaging one's health and well-being.

Only $100K for each win!?😢 I knew a couple of pros who weren't even high-level competitors. When they told me how MUCH money that they spent on "gear" 💉💪🏽💊💵 and incidentals (e.g. travel entry fees, memberships, tanning, food, etc.), they actually LOST money, to compete. Respect to those guys for pursuing their dreams.

Hello Ranveer. I'm 40 in next year but I'm get to know India, Bollywood, tantra, universe, powers, depression in many people who I ment them as my Idols, thair struggles, and getting to know new generations ideas ,marriage, everything with which I can understand my children i a better way. Thank you for that. But I want a podcast on struggling husbands who are trapped in false 498A section. No body dares to talk about abused husbands from wife, inlaws, police, lawyers , and whole judgments only on being sympathy on a witty wife. Please please please please please

You can discern the affects steroid has had on Ronnie’s mental health and brain function throughout the conversation. He’s slower and he’s not as sharp, he repeats himself a lot and shows signs of advanced aging. Sad effects of steroid use. When someone considers using steroids, please take these long-term effects into consideration. It’s not worth sacrificing your long-term health for the sake of having your ego puffed up for a period of time.

I am glad Ranveer didn't the pull up "I ate 50 eggs one time" line. Ronnie would be like "Dude you still look like a chicken"😂😂. Actually everyone is a chicken infront of him, even the biggest man you see around. He is not your average Bollywood fitness John Abraham type....he was monster in his day! He would eat 2 John Abrahams for breakfast😂😂

I like Ronnie I like bodybuilding I like weight training but bodybuilding being referred to as a sport is wrong. There’s nothing sporting or athletic about standing on stage in your underpants posing. That’s why bodybuilding will never be an Olympic sport, that and the insane amount of drugs they take. Don’t get me wrong there’s few people who train harder and are more dedicated than the top bodybuilders but it’s a beauty contest for muscle, not sport.

Cycling is the hardest sport in the world. Not bodybuilding. that takes only 45-60 min of hard work. Cycling can last op to 7 hrs riding and climbing massive mountains. and Bodybuilding is a dopers sport. they cheat!!!!!!! Get rid of the doping in that sport

I Know cycling is hard but look to be a bodybuilder you have to eat 5-6 meals a day and sometimes u even have to wake up during mid night to eat. Having strict diet for 10+ years isnt a piece of cake.

I'm not so sure about this interviewer? There's a hint of patronizing and sarcasm in his questions towards an 8-time Mr Olympia champion that kind of offends me. Not a million of his podcasts could equal a single Olympia trophy, ....but somehow it feels like he's talking down to Ronnie Coleman? The whole bit about people bringing others down in Indian gyms to make themselves feel superior, and yet it's like he's trying to do the same exact thing in this interview.
