I am same age of Akshay and I too sleep early get up early and exercise daily , this is the mantra for life long fitness , eat home food , fo own body exercise, push up , rope climbing, pull ups are enough , Gym not required but if if you want go go for competitions , gym is indispensable.

very true..i am 58 got heart attack five years ago...smoked for 30 years but gave up seven years ago..doing walking and yoga breathing regularly for nearly seven years now...feeling much much fitter...everyone should give importance to sleep..diet and exercise...we INdians are comparatively very lazy...
