भूख लगने के बाद खाना खाना फास्ट फूड, जंक फंड बंद चिनी, मिठाई बंद गहू की रोटी की जघह जवार की रोटी मॉर्निंग walk और योगा भरपूर पानी पिना आनंदी और समाधानी रहेना 8 घंटा सोना शाकाहारी खाना, हरी सबजी और फल खाना इसीसे मैने 1 महिने मे 10kg वजन कम किया. इस से मेरा वजन

Fat to fit - 1. Intermittent fasting 12- 16hr 2. Water intake बढ़ाए और घूट घूट करके पिए 3. Liquid Diet ज्यादा ले 4. जल्दी सोए और जल्दी उठे 5. सोने से 1.5 hr पहले और सुबह उठने के 1.5 मोबाइल टीवी use ना करे
