Therapeutic Knitting with Betsan Corkhill

I have always been a crafter, and I have just taken up knitting!! Thank you for this video. I have found it very therapeutic and have gone to a knitting group and I found it really fun!! I'm 67 and retired and was looking for something new. I also tried painting but sometimes find it stressful. I find knitting calms me. But the K word is attached to being something old people do, but I'm finding old and young are into this!!! Very smart, I might add!! It's helping me to be more social in the ways you describe!!! It's awesome. I heard that it's good for arthritis... So glad I found you too. I can't sleep right now so I'm going to look for my knitting instead of watching the screen but I did find you this way!! Lol!!
