@@traskulgo I think its teleportation because of season 2 and the visuals Look kind of like the bifrost from marvel, but I guess it could be both. I'm not sure what the Hexgates do, do they teleport, or are they like a hyperdrive/lightspeed travel which is speed up time(that would also make sense considering the Planet in the mages hand was spinning really fast) but I still think he moved them in some way because they flew for a couple of seconds and it was this specific rune in our timeline, but them being somewhere green would have still happend even if the mage gave jayce a different rune

Just some clarification on the ending. Vi sent the message to the enforcers after Vanders talk with her. She wants to sacrifice herself for the family. Vander didn't know she did this, but he realized when he saw Powder with Vi's toy bunny at the bar.

Very astute to notice that Mel was prodding Jayce. She's exceptionally good at reading people, and could tell it would get more info out of him. Speaking of reading people, your analysis of Vi and Powder is SPOT ON. Also great job with Mylo. You've pretty well got him figured out too. Marvelous job. Can't wait for you to see where this is going.

Mylo's insecurity and his treatment of Powder stems in large part, i think, from him being the younger (adopted) sibling of someone as confident as Vi. He's living in her shadow.... so feels the need to cast his own shadow over whoever he can. Powder being the obvious choice. No, it's not a healthy way to express it, but from a purely realistic standpoint, it's a common manifestation of such dynamics.

I think it's also because, Powder aside, he's the least competent of the bunch. I mean, he's a lock picker, but as seen in the first episode, his talent doesn't shine that much. He can parkour, but all of them can, and during the street fight, he's the only one who lost his fight. So I think he might also have been projecting his own insecurities on Powder

She's knowledgeable. She's pretty good with mechanical things, which is awfully close to his area of expertise. His ego can't take it.

Characters in order of appearance: (Topside aka Piltover) Caitlyn Kiramman, Jayce Talis, Viktor, Heimerdinger, then the cast of the Undercity, (Topside) Mel Medara and her assistant Elora It's kinda funny how you are really off the mark on exactly what is happening. I wonder how much fantasy you've actually watched. Jayce, an inventor, is knocked out, has a flashback of his past where a mysterious person teleports his mother and him out of danger and down the mountain (you see in the background). He gives the used crystal to Jayce and that's his motivation for his work. The crystal was a once use only item. His mother losing two of her fingers to frostbite, you can see those fingers are now mechanical.

You should watch the Enemy music video, because it shows the daily life of the kids before the events of Arcane. It really helps to get the feel of their life and also the relationships between them

The mage teleported Jayce and his mom, he didn't change the weather. Vi turned herself in to save the other kids and keep Vander clean with the guards. The show is told in 3 episode acts, so Ep 3 is the end of Act I.
