Specifically, their Enneagram album. Each song is supposedly from the prespective of a different Enneagram. So for me, I'm an Enneagram 6, and that song reflects me the most. They have some really beautiful music, and their band touched me. I love your channel and would love for you to react to them. I would start with "One" and work your way up to "Nine". The fact that this is before they sold her masters and she had no idea that an even worse betrayal was ahead of her is crazy, they’ve really put her through it. But maybe she was able to deal with the masters getting sold because she had to “toughen up” (I hate that but I can’t think of another way of putting it right now) during rep. Also kinda ironic she brought the old Taylor’s back for the mv and now she has to bring them back musically

I loved that Taylor embraced the snake especially since it's her Chinese zodiac sign. Also, her lifting up the two motorcycles (aka. the big machines) symbolizing she's what's holding up the record label. Love!!!

lately ive been thinking about the lyric "my reputation's never been worse so he must like me for me" from delicate. the fact that once she had her comeback he started to pull back from the relationship (you're losing me). and it makes me wonder if her reputation being so bad was the reason why he liked her... like, he thought she was on her way out of the public eye so it would be okay to date her, he wouldn't need to deal with the stress of her limelight if she's on the cusp of retirement. and that just makes me so sad... he was the light in her darkest time but he only wanted her when she was low, something like that? :(((

@ im not hating on him exactly, its perfectly reasonable to not be suited for that kind of extreme exposure that comes with dating her. i just think its unfortunate that he thought he was signing up for retired taylor only for her to make a huge comeback and he ended up in a situation he didnt want, which hurt her in the process too. its obviously a nuanced situation on both sides im just being sad and retrospective

No, I don't think so. I think he just met her at a time in her life when she was ready and willing to embrace a more quiet and private life, the life he prefers, and when she wanted to get back to her normal life in the public he wasn't comfortable going there with her. I don't think her reputation is the reason he liked her but it might be the reason she acted differently when they first met. Remember, you don't know what kinds of things she was saying privately to him or anybody else about her career at that time, for all we know she was telling him she was done. We know she thought she was done so it would make sense that she was saying it to others. He wouldn't be wrong for believing her. At the end of the day, people in relationships grow apart all the time even if the love is there. It doesn't mean anybody did anything wrong, its just how things go sometimes. Good on them for admitting that and searching for a situation that fit them better. Too many people stay and are miserable for it.

She's always been pretty baller. I only just found out she premiered this video at the VMA's when Katy Perry was hosting the year after they had Kanye up on stage and they were cheering for him and she wasn't in attendance. Like she came back hard. I also just found out she did the first live performance of All Too Well 10 Min on SNL and that was one of the first places she and Jake Gyllenhaal were seen as a couple together.

Love this reaction! Love reputation! Taylor is so dang strong and admirable. I so agree with how she turns pain into power (so to speak) Hoping for reputation TV PLUS a reputation The Anthology?! I dream of it. Could it be? So many things in this video are foreshadowing and show just how ready for it she was and I think she already had plans with (Lover & all the easter eggs there in those MVs) but the pandemic stopped the momentum of it all. But because of the pandemic we got folklore and evermore and I will never stop talking about how beautiful those albums are.

I wish I could hug you!! Yes, it does get better. I highly recommend going to a therapist, if you aren't already, and if you aren't, telling someone safe, hopefully your parents, how you feel. I know you are young but there could also be a chemical imbalance and medication can help. All it does is allow more serotonin to be released in your bloodstream. Serotonin helps lift some of the heaviness you are describing. I'm not sure if they have it in PR but you can always text 988 or 741-741 to text with a mental health professional for support. Also, lean on the Mend with Mere community. There are great, wonderful people here that can give you love and understand what its like to feel depressed. I know how it is too and I take medication to help bc it can get really dark. I'm sending you so much love and PROMISE you will get through this. Nothing can stay the same and you have so much ahead of you!
