WHY AM I DONG IT THIS WAY?
A lot of channels do Patreon or KZbin Memberships at a cost to the viewer which puts a lot of content behind a paywall, meaning it is pay to view, and a large amount of the subscriber base miss out on a lot of content, or the quality of the content available to non members reduces. I don’t like this approach.
My way - EVERY one will get to see ALL content. If you aren’t in a position to donate - you still get to see ALL content and your current experience of the channel will NOT change at all. If you do want to support the channel then you get to decide how I prioritise the videos.

I am a BABCP accredited cognitive and behavioural psychotherapist living in the south of England. I specialise in working with people who have experienced trauma to help them move forward with their lives.

im still struggling a lot, especially depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts, but i have other mental and physical illnesses too, but i also know that if i do make it through this that being in a better place will feel that much better, happiness or even just feeling okay will mean a lot more because i know what its like to be constantly miserable

Hey there, please don't stress to much about stopping or commenting the lyrics. Because it is YOUR channel. You can decide how you want this reaction channel will be. I don't understand if someone is annoyed because of this. Because for me it is normal in a reaction video to stop and analyse. Because if I want to listen to the full song I can do it afterwards, at least this is my opinion. Don't loose the fun of making this videos because of worrying about pausing the videos ❤ You are doing great.

And I really feel that part of feeling like there are to people inside me. My inner critic is so strong that I am almost not able to feel proud for example. Immidiatley after I try to feel some sort of pride there is this inner voice talking against it. I have another suggestion if you like Nates Breakdowns, maybe you know them by now: Citizen Soldier have so much great songs that are heavy. 🎉 And Linkin park songs for sure!
