The Skellige Isles are an archipelago located in the world of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt." They are characterized by their rugged, mountainous landscapes and Viking-like culture. The islands are ruled by Clan an Craite, with King Bran at the helm at the game's start. Skellige's society values honor, bravery, and seafaring prowess, often engaging in raiding and maritime trade. The region is rich in folklore and is marked by ancient ruins, mystical creatures, and harsh weather. Key locations include the capital, Kaer Trolde, and the sacred island of Hindarsfjall. The Isles are central to several main and side quests, offering players a unique cultural and environmental experience within the game.

The Witcher 3 was LITERALLY a world that you get immersed and lost in. The music, the atmosphere, the characters, the natural play of events and side content. Sometiems I forgot I was playing a video game. W3 will always have a special place in my heart.

Like it says on one of the five stones of chivalric virtues required to take the sword, it says.. "Wisdom: Wisdom is a virtue which one should strive to cultivate throughout one's life, for it is impossible to be so wise one cannot become even wiser. The wise know this… As we journey through life, we should seek to make wise choices. Remember, wise choices are not those which make our lives easier or simpler. Often, they make them more complicated. But always they make us better."
