India throughout the world shines with its range of mesmerizing artistic expressions. Shreema talks about how Bharatanatyam is regarded as the mother of all forms has been preserved through history as it instills a feeling of strength and confidence in not just the performer but also the viewer. Shreema Upadhyaya is a Bharatanatyam dancer from Bangalore. She is also a disciplined yoga practitioner and a keen listener of classical music. Her years of experience and passion for dance have led her to believe that classical art forms deserve appreciation all across the world, for they hold the power to deeply move anybody.
