The number 1 is the one that I physically can't do. I simply can't take a deep breath. The lungs can't fully expand. I think cov!d damaged both the autonomic nervous/muscle systems. Apparently, everyone with Long Cov!d or post cov!d syndrome experiences not just shortness of breath due to what could be respiration/ diaphragm muscle freeze/malfunction along with abnormal high pulse rate upon slight exertion but also malfunction with the LES (Lower Esophageal Sphincter Muscles) and swallowing muscles.

I've been having a constant panic attack for two weeks now, I haven't really slept in that time as well. My tummy is not wanting me to put food in it. I threw up twice when I tried eating proper meals, so I kind of just eat little chunks when I can bare to get something down. My skin is burning and I have developped a harsh rash on my face, neck and bag from all the stress. It's itching. But for those couple of minutes I actually felt safe. So thank you sooooo muuuuch.

Thank you, I like the simple way you described how to get present to the moment. I feel getting into your body, feeling the body and grounding yourself in the body is really essential there, so we don't just get lost in our head thinking about what our senses gives us in terms of inputs, but also kind of "experience" them in our bodies.

Funnily enough, I actually recognized this exercise on my own on a day I was taking a walk to calm down (I like to do that a lot). As I was walking, I noticed that focusing on my environment and my sensations really calmed down. It was even natural to just feel the touch of my own hands and the wind and stuff like that. I've been trying this for a while and it works most of the time. Kinda reassuring to hear your other video where you mention these become more and more effective as you do them.
