A great dance tune! Although the disco music of the 70's is often derided by music snobs, it has really never gone away because it is simply dance music to a dance beat. It is about the joy of life and good times.

Went to one of her concerts in Vegas in 2000. Lionel Richie opened with "Running with the Night", then Tina came out. It was one kickass concert from beginnng to end! Thousands packed in that place ages 18-75. Amazing night!

I can remember seeing Tina at the "Blue Note" outside of E. St. Louis for $2 a show. Folks would be fighting and sometimes a shot would ring out, emptying the place! Ike and Tina and the girls never stopped singing..... And BIG FUN! Though we only get a QUICK glimpse of the Ikettes kicking it here (2:45 mark), look at 'em work. They were as much fun to watch as Ike and Tina!!
