Jack, as I said on the day, that was a brilliant drive! You had a smaller engine, lower power car (but beautifully prepared by Bill Rawles) and achieved a great result with smooth, controlled driving and huge cornering speed that the others simply could not match. No drama, no mistakes - a Healey masterclass! Take a bow Jack.

Absolutely fantastic to watch. The C Type towards the end of the race clearly demonstrating how much work you need to do to stop the rear end snapping away from you.
