I've had that same spacer for 11 years and love it. Took me a bit, but I eventually I learned that the piece that fell off on you only goes on one way - once I learned that, I wasn't worried about it coming off accidentally. How are Harlow and Yori doing?

I’ve had asthma since I was born I remember being little and having to do breathing treatments everyday with the mask ones I had different animals on them, now I just use an inhaler when I need to with that same chamber
