Answering your question I like the offset aspect of them but most of all all of the colors available for a new wheel which usually don't happen till later on I know there's only one style for now 5 spoke and 10 but knowing Boom there'll be more styles very soon love this vid too good stuff

Yes, they fit standard SLW hubs...just a bit tight, but they fit. You’ll have to use SAE hardware though

@@TheRCNetwork yes most definitely need the affordability part and what I like is the 4 offsets you can do and unlike the Ottsix offsets they come in many colors plus scale hardware which Ottsix doesn't offer I'm not bashing Matt and Ottsix cause he also makes quality parts their just a little pricey but very good quality

Those look great Rich,! The link gets you to Boom, but the wheel page isn’t up. I love adjustable off-set wheels,. MST makes them for drift cars, so easy to change offsets as needed from body to body 😎

Very cool, but when ordering the wheels on Boom Racing's site they list parts with different labels than their exploded diagram. Are the front & back pieces the wheel barrels? I assume the faceplate is the wheel face? A more precise description of parts would help.

Yeah, they're mostly for crawlers...however, I have ran aluminum beadlocks at speed with no issues. Crawlers like weight down low, which these help with

Those are definitely cool looking! I may have to get a set for my TRX4 kit and I just got it running yesterday. I have the Traxxas beadlocks on order but nothing wrong with having more than one set of wheels for something. Which hub size is needed for a TRX4? It has multiple part numbers listed in the drop down box. EDIT: Nevermind, was watching it again and noticed the part number when you were showing the different offsets in the manual. XT604 correct?

I know that Tetsujin shop.tetsujin.biz/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=67 has adjustable offset wheels for drift cars....which might be the same for onroad. They adjust from 2mm to 5mm to 8mm offsets as the wheel is assembled. They have others that are 3/6/9mm offsets....Look at anything labeled "Super Rim"

For the record GCM has been selling wheels designed like this since late 2018. Boom racing developed these wheels the same way they develop almost everything else they sell, by stealing and copying the design from someone else.

I've been watching the guys at GCM for years - big fan of their chassis. But, I never heard that they released wheels - so I just looked and I'm actually more confused than before visiting their website. Tiny photos, poorly explained and no mention of an adjustable offset that I could see. So, if they've been selling them, they're not reaching very many people. but that's my marketing side coming out. Boom has been improving and these wheels are a good example of their efforts. Plus the name...."GCM" I always get mixed up with "GPM" which is a very poorly executed aluminum upgrade product line.
