I love these nighttime videos loaded with shadows, makes it spooky perfect for Halloween 🎃 If you film all of your videos in complete darkness, then nobody can tell you what you’re doing wrong.

Try putting the end of the feed over the middle of 4 baskets. It may hit the center and then fall into 1 of the 4 baskets. Hope this makes sense & works....

I typically have the conveyor dump into my dump trailer and once I get a large cone to the bottom of the conveyor I use my mini excavator that I park right next to it to reach up into it and quickly spread/dither the pile around flattening it out then keep splitting. I used to use a hand rake to push it over or just pull the trailer forward and start a new cone. The excavator though takes literal seconds to knock the cone down. It would be a lot safer rather than climbing on the cages and quicker than doing it by hand too. 👍

Hey Elliot, if you lift the conveyor and then push the splitter either way from the tongue and then drop the conveyor again.

That is easier said than done, I suppose I could hook a chain to the lunette ring with my excavator. Thanks for the suggestion!

It definitely sucks how short our daylight is getting. We barely have 12 hours of daylight in WNY right now.

Maybe for moving the totes, you could put a sling through the top bars and attach to the bucket of the ex. I guess you just need to see how the strength of the bars are on them...

@EverythingElliott Yea, I didn't think they were super strong... Maybe two longer straps under the base to balance it as well? Maybe fabricate a fork attachment for the ex? You like welding 😁

@@jonseim4030 I actually already ordered a excavator to SSQA conversion so I can use my forks and such on my grapple. I priced all the stuff out and it was only like $200 more for me to purchase a manufactured one rather than buying pieces separate and fabricating it myself.
