@@_mvr_ He's saying that Dfinity should be focused on price action. But why? They're working on making the product, which is the Internet Computer Protocol. Price has nothing to do with the deployment of the tech, and as the tech continues AS IT HAS to update and improve, we can estimate that increased demand will lead to natural price action. Demanding that Dfinity change it's goals of MAKING their protocol to "advertising" or "giving grants to the little guy" doesn't make any sense. Go and look through their public listing of who they've given small time grants to. 90% of those projects are dead. It makes more sense to work on making the protocol better, and to demonstrate it's capabilities so larger more serious institutions can leverage ICP for whatever they need. The goal is building the Internet Computer. The goal is not to pump bags, go play with memecoins or hang out in Solana if you want that kind of rush.

It's basically HBAR saying that they need ICP to do what they've promised to do. Dom didn't say anything during that announcement, and just by body language you can tell the HBAR guy is grateful that he's probably receiving some onboarding help so that HBAR CAN do what for ages it's been saying it WILL do. HBAR needs ICP, ICP does not necessarily need HBAR. Either way, working together is a better path forward

First off, no, there is no Deepseek model yet live on ICP. Onicai is working on one, but for now the model runs locally and the data is stored on chain. THE DATA. IS STORED. ON CHAIN. Where else can you say that happens? This is the lawyer-ai argument that Dom makes, ICP ensures that this user data is actually secure. THAT'S the breakthrough. You're criticizing something that you haven't even looked into enough! They're not promising cycle burn rate, that's what the hodlers of ICP want so "number go up" because "I bought this crypto cuz I was told I would make money!!" That's not what Dfinity is about. It's about making a newer and more secure internet protocol that can also securely compute in a decentralized way
