I love how Johnny Marr plays this live. So here's my rendition with the cool little arpeggiated riff he throws in and some guitar synth sounds!

Cmaj9 I think - basically an open C chord but fret the lowest two notes at the E and A string instead (like you would in a G chord)!

Hey Megan -- I started watching your pedal demos several months back (and it's fair to say your videos helped sell me a few pedals), but I just came across this. Really nice! If you haven't already seen them, you might wanna check out Daniel Earwicker's Smiths videos. He does a lot of other stuff, but in particular he does amazing reconstructions of Smiths songs. This is one he did; my favorite of his is his "Cemetery Gates", but his "How Soon Is Now?" is pretty cool too.
