You mentioned creating a professional video series. Your photography skills will make it top notch. But what about audio? I think having a good sounding narrator with a smooth voice to help with the flow of each episode will be important. Have you considered using your wife for that? She speaks clear English and has an accent which will lend an international flair to the episodes. You, of course, would be the "star" and you can be highlighted on camera when talking about specific details and technical stuff. The narrator verbally ties each film clip together throughout each episode. I know you have done this type of filming before so I am probably not telling you anything you don't already know!
