Congratulations to Spain for winning Euro 2024, I hoped France would win it but Spain have been the best team convincingly. England is not a better team than either France or Germany who Spain already beat. I find it hard to see how England will win, infact I’m surprised they made it to the final considering how poorly they have played most of the games. And that was despite them having the easiest route to the final out of all big teams. It’s a final so England definitely has a chance cause they are in it but if Spain shows up to play football, they won’t have to do too much to win this game. Englands best chance is to take it to penalties.

No entiendo de donde sacan que no había expectativas de ganar la euro. Soy Español y tenía muchas expectativas de triunfar, en todo mi entorno, lo mismo. Luego siempre hay que jugar, pero... Of course, everything can go differently in a single game, but ignoring the entire tournament and Spain´s performance compared to England´s doesn't really make sense in my opinion.

We've seen glimpses of how good this England team could be with Southgates substitutions but I don't understand why Southgate hasn't started Watkins, Toney or Cole Palmer? Spain is great, it is nice that they are more active now, but I think it is a bit too often that Simon ends up shooting the ball up the field rather than pass it, it's good to do from time to time, but it has often lead to giving the ball away and a slip up could be giving a goal away.
