What frustrates me the most is the argument that the Supreme Court left it up to the states. Meanwhile Texas will punish a woman seeking healthcare or possible options regarding even just information can be PUNISHED for leaving the state. A woman should be able to travel to another state and abide by their state laws with no issue. 😮 Recreational marijuana is illegal in certain states surrounding Colorado but as long as they purchase legally and not commit a crime in their home state, they should be fine.
