these were refugees from Korea after 1900 when Korea was taken over by Japan, also in the 1930-45, Manchu and Korea were essentially colony of Japan, so Koreans people moved to Manchuria to farm and often work as policemen and part of occupation force too.

If you describe the car to the police, they’ll be able to get the driver’s info. The car was videotaped. But if you wait too long, the video may have been deleted. Just a thought. I’ve been to China many times, the Chinese people were always respectful and helpful. Bear in mind that there are 1.4 billions of them and 50 ethnic groups.

I hope you can always keep cycling and make video like those one! But I also wish you can stop and have peacefull day in a reunited Korea one day! I feel weird about me wanting to have a country (Québec) before I die, and you wanting to reunite your country. I hope every nation can have there own country without any border, that we can assume to live with the rules we care about and if we don't like these rule, we just have to move somewhere else instead of fighting each other, just vote first in your nation to change the rule by democraties or go somehere else the rules fit you... no need to fight!

I have met and made friends with few people Sakhalin in Russia and one look 95% Asian (Korean) and another one is white with blond hair but Asian eyes. So I always believe a lot of Koreans ran away from war or something sometime in the past and settled there. I also heard it’s the same in places like Siberia….one place I always wanted to cycle to… Stay safe Jin… try not to let those creepy idiots scare you.
