The Bar association controls all three branches of government in violation of the separation of powers clause. The rest of the government jobs take legal advice from bar members. Use the marriage license as proof of unlawful legal advice as marriage is a right not a privilege. I've heard that our name in all caps denotes a 'corporation' because the US is a corporation and cannot deal with a flesh and blood individual. The 'person' is considered the 'representative' of said corporation (see 'stop the Pirates blogspot. com) Also look at a bank check signature line: it says in micro print 'authorized representative' which further indicates the all caps name as a 'corporation'.

I literally never heard this conspiracy before… I do however despise the BAR Associations because they have taken over levers of government, their private policy become law and affect cases more than facts often times, and they have taken over our law libraries and have an office nobody works at where you can ask and wait 5 months to see if maybe an attorney would give you some help. The legislature delegates them SRO status, and they are making it a requirement just de facto to participate in any civil process, redress, business transaction, etc. If you wanna hire your unlicensed uncle to practice law, great… As long as there are full disclosures, any person should be given zero trouble accessing any Justice system on their own, and we need a system where people can fail. I understand it’s important to have standards, that’s not what I’m talking about. . We really need to make the BAR a fully public and open thing or get rid of it and replace it with different regulation. Also, no more lawyers in congress. It’s hilarious that people literally think it’s like some British plant from I guess the early 19th century when England wanted the US back or something… the Torie party and All that haha. Still, I will say that the state of the Justice system, just like the financial system, has been measurably worse, inconsistent, and absurd since these “trade organizations” or licensing cartels started gaining traction in the industrial revolution. Requiring membership and allowing the associations to determine membership how they want makes the de fact law makers and it was just the final mail in the wall between the average American and their government for the people and by the people.

I think that describes what has happened in the US since WW2, but especially since 1968. Essentially we are seeing life in the US starting to resemble "The Lord of the Flies." I want to blame television, but the crazy goes back forever; Wylie wrote "Generation of Vipers" in WW2, and when Mark Twain wrote his funny stories, he embellished but didn't invent much; he didn’t have to. The best advice can be found on this channel; do your homework and keep your wits about you. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. And always, cover your ass. Fortune passes everywhere.

'Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic' ~ A. C. Clarke Arts degree holders w/a JD are the one who 'believe in magic', what do you think modern witch trials are about? 'Family court' isn't about protecting anyone. It's the BAR's most profitable extortion ring, from divorce court to the child trafficking of CPS. Sophistry and innuendo go along way when the standard of 'evidence' is based on emotion and might as well be a coin flip.

When it comes to passing the bar, You should always stop in for a cold one and a short game of pool. I am glad to help you clear this up but still bewildered on why you bought it up. Oh, I read some of the posts, nevermind. Try it again but talk slower, maybe they can read lips and finally get it. Gee Wizz Aroo, and I thought that I was a moron.
