The bowl looks terrific as usual. I love the design and contrasting woods. Well done. I am glad you cut off the sharp corners. In my shop if I did not cut off such corners, I would have "Murphy" deciding to break off pieces. I love turning sycamore and walnut. I have a couple of pieces of ebony but not yet used in a project. Nice touch on the fireworks at the end. Dave.

I like this bowl much, much better than the test piece in "It's all in the name of Science" video. This appeals MUCH more to my engineering sense of symetry. It's a very classy look; whoever wins it is very fortunate. Great video!

That looks beautiful Mike a lovely contrast between the light and dark wood. Have you thought about rather than chopping up a bowl blank, just buying some 3x2 sycamore, and then gluing the whole lot together
