The talk was correct in referring to many instances. However, not all insults are hypocritical, and anger although normally dysfunctional is in some instances necessary to muster the courage to fend off attackers. In animals, anger happens as a protective response, but animals don't ruminate as much as human animals. Anyway, best advice is just to be authentic to the moment and take or leave attitudes as they apply to it. Guess from a spacious view each moment has an infinite potential for whatever works.
