Why would you go to Top Charoen? When I was looking at glasses in Bangkok, their lens prices were the only ones that were more expensive than getting them at home in Australia. If you want to pay higher than Western prices in Thailand, they're the place. Absolute rip-off.

In general, accessibility is bad. Even when they have level entry and lifts, there are some malls that have steps outside, or there might be one ramped path outside with food stalls situated across it so that it's not usable.
