Blimey Nic! I decided to go back and watch your first ever video (I was there for it, saw it a few days after you uploaded and remember it well!) A few years later and a few more grey hairs but the difference in quality in every single sense is night & day! So much more slick, your confidence (and Andrea's especially!) has clearly grown beyond measure and the content you put out, week in, week out is still such good quality and so engaging! Can't be easy and I have no idea how both you and Andrea do it! I'm very glad you find a way though!! Brilliant. I had a load of cd's from my local charity shop. Singles box sets from the Who JAM and lots of obscure stuff and made over £100 profit on them. There's still plenty to be made on the right stuff.

I always buy replacement disc boxes just in case, or you can just swap them with some cheap film disc boxes.

Yes I keep spare boxes, these however were 4 disc slimline ones that I didn't have any replacements for :)

I saw one reseller say they switched from buying and selling things people "want" to buy to those they "need" to buy. So, no media but plenty of vacuum cleaners, etc. Average sale price also went up. Thought it was an interesting approach.

I found a copy of Now 4 on CD 2 weeks ago at the boot sale, paid 50p for it. Sold last week for £400. I couldnt believe my luck, it was just sat in a box with a load of other dusty CDs. My best flip in terms of percentage. There is definitely money in media still!

@@NicHills I didn't even know it was worth that much when I bought it. Thought maybe £20. Got home and had my mind blown. Funny thing is, I put it on auction first, starting at £349 and got a non paying bidder. Relisted at £400 BIN and someone just bought it. Crazy!

You bought a Babyliss item at a 'Boot Sale' and sold it on eBay. Can we safely assume that all the secondhand electrical items that you sell are checked over by a qualified electrician and thus they meet all current safety requirements? Should any item malfunction and injure the user or damage their property then you leave yourself open to a very expensive claim.
