Welp, I'm making a video exclusively on her because I forgot to put her in my "ALL F/SR NPS AND SERVANT IDENTITIES" video, so yeah, hope you enjoy this Ototachibana-hime highlight video! 😳
Btw for those who don't know Ototachibana-hime is Takeru's (Saber) wife, she is also a divine and only managed to be summoned using Kaya as a vessel, so she is technically a Pseudo-Servant! Over all I like her design and her dinamic with Saber but I'm so sick and tired of the trait of servant couples not being able to be happy togheter, like why do they make them so cute and lovey-dovey if their fate is to suffer 😔😔😔
Also, sorry for the lenght of this vid, I didn't wanted to cut the interection between Saber and Ototachibana, will be back to do shorter content asap

You need to understand that the so-called 'King Arthur' comparison is relatively a modern interpretation by scholars. Yamato Takeru is not the same as Artoria Pendragon. Different journey, different challenges, different personal issues. Unlike Artoria who's a King, Yamato was a Prince. He didn't become like his father, the 12th Emperor of Japan. When he died, he ascended to a god upon being worship by many as Otori-sama (The Great Bird).

It's something we have known for a while, Sima Yi can take control away from Reines at any time he might find it necessary and Zhuge Liang can do the same with Waver, difference is that Zhuge Liang never feels like doing so and that is why Waver is the main personality between them in the first place.

For Divine Beings like Ishtar and Parvati more like they can't on a unconscious level cuz their personalities at a baseline as godlike beings always overpower the host personality, but said host personality traits do still influence the way they act to some degree (case in point the difference between FGO Ishtar and Strange/Fake Ishtar, with the former Rin's personality keeping Ishtar's inhumane view of humanity in check vs. the latter's focus on screwing over Gil and Enkidu out of petty vengeance while disregarding any collateral damage she causes)
