"There's License Plates On The Cars They Don't Wanna Get Recorded"

This video brings me to just outside this Raising Canes drive thru , where I tested my freedom to record on the public sidewalk. The main direct contact came from one of the employees, walking out towards where I was standing & asking why I was recording the license plates? I told her I was a license plate enthusiast . She went back onto property to seemingly consult with her fellow co workers, standing just outside the doors.
Thank fully I was able to continue my recording without any further incident from the employees.

That is the one auditor myth that lands the most auditors in jail. If you don't hate the auditors you follow, you should probably not perpetuate this myth. As for privacy in public, it's true that there is, generally no reasonable expectation of privacy in public, but there are exceptions to that as well. It doesn't really matter much, though, because the cases upholding camera bans are typically based property rights, not privacy rights.

Pretty much every intersection with traffic lights and many without have cameras. Reason to A) I.D. illegal activity, B) record the License plate to order to apprehend the owner/driver. Also no front license plate is illegal, but law enforcement just adds it on when a ticket for something else.
