This video was captured thanks to a conference hosted by Upstate Cerebral Palsy and ideated in conjunction with FTF Behavioral Consulting. UCP is an organization leaning fully into PFA/SBT and I encourage others to learn more about what they're doing over at UCP at: www.upstatecp.org/

Excellent Ed! You covered all the important elements which may apply to almost any profession - communication, learn-apply-learn, humility, interpersonal skills, building trust, collaboration, seeking/accepting feedback, and improvising. Your thoughts are very clear and have a clear vision which is needed for a professional in this field. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to many more videos from you!

I love how he stated that behavior is a function of its context. This is so often missed in practice and especially in coursework. I love how the field is progressing to ensure we are considering this!

This is amazing! I really appreciate the consideration. I have embedded all of these concepts into my fieldwork supervision curriculum plus more. Hopefully it sets off some lightbulbs and motivates people!
