Fun fact: The Irish accent actually sounds like a really well spoken upper class English accent. It's just that no one's ever been able to catch any footage of a sober Irish person on camera due to how rare it is.

This is 100% true from the age of about 10 or so you’ll never see any footage of an Irish person speaking sober but if you look at young Irish children who haven’t yet been blessed with alcohol you can hear the English in them. Very scary stuff

I played and sang Irish music in Irish bars every single weekend for a year, every weekend a different bar in the 5 boroughs of NYC...and they treated me like gold, I love the Irish and always will and this guy is bringing it all back, how a lot of them SHOUT WHAT THEY believe, and ye just let 'em go off and you stand back and watch 'em wind themselves into a frenzy! I remember as a child in Western Ireland on holiday, the local village from the farm we stayed in (which was a 5 mile walk through forests and peat bogs) was a nice small village , it had a grocery store, an undertaker and 13 pubs, and that was it :).
