0:32 I loved Geri back in the day. Truly one of the most beautiful and sexiest women alive. Really not the same after she quit the Spice Girls. So depressing. She would have been good in the TV series Shameless and I could have seen her playing a character who gets romantically involved with Carl Gallagher. I wish her all the best and all the happiness in the world.

At 4:00 when she is talking about the magazine that showed pictures of her in holidays.. I remember at work my colleague she used to buy heat magazine and she showed us.. We were all kind of surprised. She really looked big, bloated on that picture.. But I do understand.. Its kind of normal if you are not in super shape and your metabolism is not at its best then when you are on holiday, it's warm, u have a drink, u eat anything, then the body reacts like that.. Obviously after few days it does get better

The house she is living in during this documentary is in Portobello area. I think she was living with her mum. Then years later she bought a house in north London. Then when she got married few years ago she moved to the country side

After 3/4 years of low carb dieting Geru regained weight but not because she wanted but because on any diet(low carb,or low fat,whatever style) the metabolism actually slows down and the liver(2gether with thyroid)looses the ability to convert inactive T4 into Active T3.. And this does happend to anyone dieting.. so please anyone watching do not diet, feel free eat whatever u really like and avoid all those "healty" foods!!
